O Van Halen é uma das bandas mais importante do rock mundial. A formaçao original durou ate 1984,
quando por motivos de desentendimento David Lee Roth decidiu sair da banda para seguir carreira solo.
Em 1985 Frank Zappa indica Sammy Haga que logo assume os vocais , mantendo o bom e velho
rock`n roll que eles sabem fazer.
Em 1996 Sammy Haga sai da banda , por motivos contraditorios , fazendo que a banda fosse atras de
um novo vocalista , ate que por indicaçao de seu empresario Gary Cherone (ex extreme)e aprensentado
como vocal. No inicio de 1998 sai Van Halen III , que se tornou o disco mais fraco da banda , fazendo
que Cherone nao durasse muito tempo.
Ha rumores que eles retornariam em 2011 com David Lee Roth de volta nos vocais. Bom! é esperar
pra ver.
